How I can acquere land property on a planet?
By the space contract of the United Nations "Outer space Treaty" of 1967 it is possible to possess officially and legally a property on the moons or planets. Property is registered in the land register office that Solar System Embassy.
Moon and Outer Space Treaty?
In the article 2 the Outer space Treaty of 1967 is seized that nations are not justified, requirements for possession in space to raise on the moon or other heavenly bodies. Private people or organizations are mentioned and are not therefore not the subject of the contract. The UN tried to repair this lack in the 1984 entered into force Moon Treaty by the article 11. (Neither the surface... OF the moon, nor..., shall become property OF any State, internationally, intergovernmental or non governmental organization, national organization or non governmental entity or OF any natural person.) However the present Treaty was ratified only by few member countries and has therefore no real meaning. However it is called in the Outer space Treaty, the moon is already common property/knowledge of mankind (.. and shall the province OF all one child). Already alone therefore Hopes of requirements for possession would be futile to the "common property/knowledge of mankind". And nevertheless: The "Moon Treaty" was signed only of 10 of the 185 UN member states. All important space travel nations hold back themselves until today. Reason is the article 11: It determines the fact that the contracting parties over the use of the moon to inform itself and should divide all any yields with other countries. It is called official in the USA that one wants to be waiting before a signature, how the public opinion develops to this topic. A "Venus Treaty" or "Mars Treaty" does not exist. Due to the large distance to the earth this seemed not yet necessary the responsible persons. Here the gap in the law is still officially present.
The Moonlanding 1969
On 16 July 1969 again a Saturn v-rocket of the Cape Kennedy space station started off after 10 manned and unmanned test flights. On board are the astronauts Neil A. Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin E. Aldrin. After a four-day flight Apollo reaches 11 like planned the moon and circles this. Then the lunar excursion module Eagle is separated from the command module and begins a descending flight braked by the thrust nozzles. Michael Collins continues to remain in the moon orbit, while Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin approach slowly the surface. During descending flight it to some malfunctionings in the on board computer of the lunar excursion module and it come get off its course. Neil Armstrong takes over the manual control last. When the vehicle finally touches down in the "Mare Tranquillitatis", Armstrong confirms this with the words: "Tranquility cousin here, the Eagles has landed" - the eagle landed. On earth in 400.000 km humans the event at the television pursue distance over a half billion. The Apollo transmission nevertheless forms one the first live-sendungen at all. After two hours Neil Armstrong in the space suit put on the director/conductor of the lunar excursion module to down-climb on the moon, begin. On 21 July 1969 Eagle takes off again from the moon and docks to the parent ship in the moon orbit on. Thereupon the return flight begins to the earth. On 24 July 1969 the Apollo Wiedereintrittskapsel lands southwest from Hawaii in the Pacific. She is saved by a US naval ship.
